2025 TOEFL English Proficiency Test [Listening & Reading] Regulations
Our school will be holding the TOEFL English Proficiency Test - Listening & Reading on the morning of Saturday, March 29, 2025. Please carefully read the following guidelines and refer to the official TOEFL website for complete regulations. 1. Check-in Time
Candidates must check in at the school from 8:30 to 9:00 AM.
Please arrive on time
2. Required Examination Items Candidates must bring the following items:
Valid identification document (see details below)
2B pencils and erasers
(1) Valid Identification Documents
R.O.C. citizens
Test takers of 16 years and above: R.O.C. identity card or valid passport. Copies are not accepted.
Test takers under 16 years old: R.O.C. identification card, valid passport, or health insurance IC card.
Foreign Nationals (including Hong Kong & Macau)
Valid passport or ARC with passport number. Copies are not accepted.
PRC residents
Valid PRC Resident Identity Card in the original.
(2) Entry Regulations
Test takers must arrive at the designated testing room at least 30 minutes before the test begins.
Once the test starts (including time for filling in basic information), late arrivals will not be allowed to enter. Those who fail to enter on time will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited the test.
3. Important Reminders (1) Electronic Devices and Wearable Electronics
Test takers are not allowed to bring electronic devices or wearable electronics (including mobile phones, smartwatches, wristbands, smart glasses, etc.) to their seats. Only analog watches are permitted.
All electronic devices must be turned off and placed in the designated area assigned by the proctors.
From the start of the test until the proctor announces the end, all electronic devices must remain silent, including vibration mode.
Violation of this rule will result in disqualification, and the test fee will not be refunded or rescheduled.
(2) Testing Venue Restrictions
During the test, only proctors are allowed in the testing area; no other individuals may enter.
Parents or accompanying persons may wait in the designated waiting area or return to pick up candidates at the designated dismissal time.
(3) Parking Policy
No temporary parking will be available on campus or in the surrounding school area on the testing day.
